GraphQL support chat

Documentation for the support chat API, authentication, and integrations.

Interfaces

GraphQL is the application API. WebSockets notify participants about new messages, and history is always recoverable through GraphQL. MCP exposes a limited chat tool surface.

Authentication

Customers and employees use their application identities. Integration access is limited by OAuth scopes; MCP does not expose the employee inbox to customers.
